I had the opportunity to participate in a cultural training program that Nancy conducted. Nancy delivered the program to 30+ persons over the course of 6 sessions. I really enjoyed the training program and Nancy's work.

Nancy was a fabulous facilitator. She was fun and engaging and thorough in her coverage of the material. She was adept in asking viewpoint questions and eliciting genuine responses. She has good command of additional relevant technology tools that made for an improved virtual experience and accelerated learning. She showed a genuine interest in imparting knowledge as evidenced by her continuous checks for understanding. Most importantly, Nancy has a passion for multi-cultural understanding that rubs off on the attendees.

I would strongly recommend Nancy for any similar multi-cultural training workshops.

I very much enjoyed working with Nancy Rienow. She is fun to work with, and her professionalism and experience in the area of cross-cultural collaboration and leadership are outstanding! What all participants especially appreciated, however, was Nancy's ability to trigger a cultural dialogue during the sessions. We went beyond the typical classroom setting where "Germans discuss Americans" and vice versa. Instead, Nancy facilitated a virtual dialogue across several cultures, continents and time zones. It was fantastic!

Messetraining für Studenten

Frau Rienow hat kurzfristig ein (deutschsprachiges) Messetraining für unsere studentischen Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf die bevorstehenden Schülermessen übernommen. Der Fokus des Trainings lag insbesondere auf der Besucheransprache und dem weiteren Gesprächsverlauf, sowie den Do’s & Dont’s am Messestand. Mit Hilfe von Rollenspielen und weiteren praxisorientierten Übungen wurden die Studenten von Anfang an aktiv eingebunden. Wir danken Frau Rienow für die gute Zusammenarbeit!
